Der Belgische Brocken macht wirklich scharf,man hat im wahrsten Sinne Freude an der Schärfe.
Ich habe meine hochwertigen Küchenmesser sonst immer mit einem künstlichen 8000er Schärfstein nachgeschärft doch der Belgische Brocken erzielt um einiges bessere Ergebnisse.
