What you bring with you:Please bring two/three, preferably blunt, kitchen knives for practice (with a smooth blade).

Process:
Short introduction, i.e. introducing myself and information about the processContinue with a bit of theory about common grinders and of course grindstones.This is followed by practice, first with the tomato test, so that we have a “before/after” comparison.We sharpen a kitchen knife together.Practice and theory take place at the same time, while we are grinding, I will explain the grinding technique to you.When all the knives are sharp, it's back to the tomatoes.Then some knowledge about kitchen knives like steel, blade construction, quality.Afterwards, open questions can be answered or tips can be exchanged.
