Ich verwende den Bankstein um meinen Schnitzmessern und Äxten einen vorletzten Schliff vor dem gelben Stein zu geben. Der blaue Stein reicht aber definitiv auch schon alleine aus.
Die Qualität macht auf mich einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.
