Im Gegensatz zu den Kunststoffträgern der Lansky Steine ist der blaue Belgische Brocken auf einen gefrästen Aluträger mit Schienenprofil aufgeklebt. Die Schrift wurde gelasert, als Klemmung gibts eine griffige Rändelschraube. Die Schleiffläche des blauen Belgischen Brockens hat die Maße 100 x 17 mm, ist also etwas breiter, als die der Lansky Diamant-Schleifflächen (101,7 x 12,7 mm).

Der Belgische Brocken kann mit Wasser verwendet werden.
